I wanna go home

During the good ol Crescentian days, I always went back at least twice a year, for both June holidays and December holidays. Back then not everyone had internet access at home (stone age people stone age) and I don't even have a computer in Hong Kong. The five besties would write letters and it was then I knew Kimmy could really write alot of crap.

NP days were better. Sometimes three times a year, including either the CNY break or the big sale season around August. I took up three part-time jobs just to sustain my living expenses, my school fees and my shopping fees when I returned home. Sometimes that guy that lives above the clouds decides that he wants to exercise his big heart and wham, I had extra cash to fly home with.

No matter how bad times were, I always went home in a six months interval. I have never been away from home for straight eleven months. (All in the name of love, Amen)

So anyways, homesickness was killing me and I flew back home for 2 days.

Met up with sis at MTR station. I couldn't stand her wearing slippers and she couldn't stand that ribbon on my head.

At my dad's 茶餐厅. He took an off day and appeared in his own coy, had our morning tea and dimsum and went back to the kitchen to help out. Poor fella.

I think workaholic is in the genes.

One thing that the whole family can't live with ------ tissue.

@ The ONE, shopping centre with all brands under I.T holdings. Super disappointing place. No sales offer =(

They had nice benches though.

Gimme Chocooooolate.

I miss you, Hong Kong street. I miss the lorries, the messy signboards, the greyish roads, the fat short dustbin, the polluted air blah blah blah.

And I super miss Christmas decors!!!! Can't believe that I'm really not gonna go back for Christmas and count down this year. Sigh.

So much walking done, we were walking like ducks at 3pm. Ate (again) cos we needed somewhere to sit. Lalalalalala.

I thought of The Man and his "tourist's"-sy poses, so I did what most tourist will do at a harbour.

Hong Kong movies are quite misleading, with the main leads riding around in very cool bikes. I told The Man that motorcycles are not common in Hong Kong. Two days and finally found 5 parking lots for bikes, mainly scooters.

We went all the way into 大围 for roasted pigeons.

My sis has a big head.

No he's not taking his gun. He's just scratching his butt.

"The problem is...."

I don't like this opening.

When someone says this, most of the time there are no problems. Oh yeah wait maybe one, the fault finder. I prefer talking to someone that helps to look for the solution, not the holes and tears.
