If nothing goes wrong, I should be starting work @ one of Prudential's agency on Monday. That is, if NOTHING GOES WRONG.
As what? As recruitment officer.
Hai. Long story.
My original applied position was actually admin staff, doing mainly normal admin filing, admin data entry, admin faxing and stuffs like that. After the interview on tuesday, I realised that me and Hj is actually posted for interview for Personal assistant instead.
Well nevermind lah, I thought. Almost the same mah. Just that name different nia.
We were then informed by sms to start work immediately on Wed. The sms was recieved late at Tuesday night. It was abit too last minute, therefore Hj told them that we could only start work at a later date.
Then. On wed. They told us to go down for a 2nd interview on Thurs. We were like what the heck!??!?!?!?!
Anyway. We went down for a 2nd interview this morning. Hj was being interviewed first. 5 minutes after Hj entered the interviewing venue, a man approached me, asking if I'm here for an interview on the Recruitment officer post. I said no. He went to approach the girl that brought us in, and the girl told him that I'm the one. In a state of total confusion, I was led into a very big conference room and the interview began.
He briefed me on how the company works, my job scope and things like that blah blah blah....but I was still very very confused cos I was expecting a related interview to my first interview on the position of Personal Assistant and what I get is a brand new interview of a job that I havent even heard before. ANYWAY. Ending of the story is....I took up the job offer and will be waiting for his confirmation. Reason being....recruitment officer is commissioned based!!!!!

Spent quite a sum of money on my office wear. Hmmmm. Hope its all worth it lah ya.
A new beginning is commencing soon and I'm looking forward to it. Wu ha.
