The actual day
Happie to see that the sun's bright and shining outside. Long ge came down to help us carry the stuffs down to Cine. Abit late when we arrived...many stalls are alr ready. As I was queueing up for the tables and chairs, the auntie from the neighbouring stalls started telling me that the sky was grey and it'll be raining very soon. I looked up and saw the clouds too. Hate it when she say "U'll see if I'm right. It will definitely today." Its like...duh, i know, but can u shut up anot .... *pissed*
And yah. So she was right. Pouring. And thanks to that, our stuffs were pretty much dirtied. *pissed* And thanks again, we wasted almost an hour waiting for the rain to stop + clearing up d mess. *pissed*

Long ge was so sweet. We thought he left, but he actually went 2 get us drinks before going back...in the rain!

Rain stopped. But damage has already taken place.......business still has to go on. A first time in a flea market, wasnt really used to it at first cos its pretty much different from serving customers in shops.
Our booth looked like that.
Not much pics taken after that cos was rather busy. Friends came down and support...most sales came frm friends today, which is bad cos we cant widen the circle. A totally wrong place for our stuffs cos most of the booths are selling 2nd hand stuffs @ really low prices. The flow was okay...but when people hear the prices (lets dun mention those 100 over lah), even for like $40 for a dress (thats a norm price k), they give u the skeptical look.
Never mind. We all make mistakes. Take it as an experience then. =)
The celebration
We had a hard time clearing the stuffs cos the carrier we used earlier was...down to pieces. Hangloon and friends helped us move everything to the cab. Oh btw, many thanks to Ah Pek. He (as he has repeated many times to many ppl) helped us create the website, provide free server, admin it, take photograph, help us tend booth, serve customer blah blah blah...and we still cheated his money! Bad Bon. Bad Angie. Tsk tsk.
Anyway. After the heave and tug of stuffs back to the warehouse (aka Bon's room), we headed down to Bt timah.
My favourite Teh tarik! (Okay I lied...my fav is Starbucks Hazelnut espresso frap)

We also had chicken porridge, kailan, hot fudge sundae at different stores @ bt timah. What is a celebration without food?
Please do not overfeed Hj. She gets abit high after overconsumption of....food.
