Yes. Diet. My turn.

After many efforts wasted trying to hypnotise myself that its only PMS, I decided to face the fact that I've really really really put on abit weight.
Abit only lah. HA.HA.HA.
Alkin's diet didnt work for me the other time. Like I've mentioned in newstation, I'm heeding lin's advice and following pretty closely to her diet plan. Drink one big bottle of tea + one big bottle of water, lunch is up to me to decide, then Campbell soup for dinner only. I've added two three rules:
Bonita ' s Diet Plan 2007 version
11:00am
Breakfast : 2 Almond Cookie (from Marks & Spencer) + 3 big cup of red tea (without sugar, of course)
or
Lunch : Anything except rice and bread.
* Fast food lunches will usually be LJS or Burger King, made a habit of passing my coke to Jasmine.
* Fish soup without milk (*sobz*)

Sadly slurping down the "healthier" option...
6:00 or 8:30 pm
Dinner : Fish soup again (if I'm in the office) or Campbell soup (if I manage to reach home before 9pm) or Peppermint Milk Tea w/pearl (if I know I'm definitely unable to reach home before 9pm)
*Strictly no food and drinks after 9pm
Lets hope this works.
