Heard alot of complaints about boss. Alot of people are quitting Shibuya jobs...be it full-time or part-time. I wana quit too ... but am being tied down due to the attachment thingy. Sucks manz. Shibuya now got alot of irritating policies and rules which turns everybody off...

1. Deducting our allowance if we fall sick with or without MC
2. Dock $20 from pay if we are sick without MC
3. No sms-ing
4. No sitting down in the boutique counter...even if there are no customers coming in
5. Transfering people here and there...without asking our consent
6. Low pay + no 1.5 rate pay on Public Hols!
