I am starving again!

The way I eat nowadays are h.o.r.r.e.n.d.o.u.s. Either I get hungry every hour, no wait, make it 30 minutes....or I just feel wierd if my mouth's not chewing something.

Was at the KTV last saturday, I just sat munching and nomming away for an hour without realising. Looking at this pictures....this is ridiculous!

You asked for my opinions, and I gave one.

You may not like it because most of the time I don't say things you like to hear. You expected it anyway, I believe.

I may be wrong, correct me if I am. I am telling you all that not because I feel the urge and need and power or whatsoever to reprimand, but I trusted you to understand that I am just exercising what a friend should do at times like this.

I don't say beautiful nothings, I'm a capricorn, darling.

It gets abit naggy
and it will get worst

it all begins from the blank look
then the tear starts welling
then the sobs and the sniffs
then the wailings and banging of tables
and
it will end
with the cold hard stare , looking at nothing, avoiding everyone's eyes

The blank look that started it all will ends it

This scene will repeat every day
Every single minute that the hands and feets are unoccupied

But I assure you
This scene shall be over
Just a matter of time

Lets pinch a little bit of heart from inside and feel the pain
I am sure you would understand the pain

Have you seen the decors at Orchard Road this year?

Better than last year, but still rooms for improvements. Highly suspecting perhaps Singapore Tourism Board overspent on Formula One events without earning enough back, thats why all the light decors for Christmas looks so much like the ones they've used for Deepavali & Chinese New year......

I love the Orchard Central commercial! Don't have any links yet but if there are, will post here =)

Finally there's a laptop at HK's house. FINALLY. Now I have no excuse not to work from home during holidays......awww.

The fact is, my sister is IT idiot.
And the 2nd fact is, based on her history, no computers can survive well for more than 3 months under her hand.

Well.
Lets bet!
How long can this laptop last?

1) 3 months and 1 day
2) 3 months and 2 days
3) 3 months and 3 days
4) 3 months and .............................

Ahahahahhaa.

Boss got us a new digital camera after we returned Evelyn's camera. Canon Ixus something, I cant remember the model number but it rocks! Giena was fiddling with it, and through the cam all of us look DAMN FAIR. Which girl won't want it?

Correction. Which ASIAN girl won't want it?

( Most Caucasian dont give a damn to the wicked sun, dont give a damn to being fair skinned and dont give a damn to SPF UV +++sss. Its contradicting because they are telling me that brown is "healthy skin colour", but the scientific truth is being over-exposed to the light without any sun protection will cause you more harm than good. )

(Worst part is, they just laugh it off!)

Ah anyway.
This has been my daily routine for the past 7 days:

7am - wake up, get ready, bathe and sit infront of my mirror applying all sorts of things on my face

8.45am - watch dvd and munch on cookies

9.25am - realised I am gonna be late, try to pull myself away from the DVD player but in vain

9.35 - realised I am really gonna be late if I dont leave the house. Waste another 10 minutes deciding on my hair and my shoes before slamming the door

10.17 - late by 2 minutes.

DAMN.

7.00pm - Official knock off time. Still busy typing away.
7.30pm - Still busy typing away.

8.30pm - 9.00pm - Still typing away but not so busy already.

10.30pm - reach home. Swing my bag on the sofa, watch Kang Xi Lai Le.
11.00pm - Remove makeup, bathe, and put alot of things on my face again.
11.30pm - Watch DVD till 1.am

I feel like a cat these days, oh, and a pig. Always starving, easily full, but get hungry easily. Or maybe I'm pregnant. Urgh.

Thats it!
Im quitting!

I know my limits. When I start shouting things like that, its really bad cos I hate complaining. Correction, I mean, I hate to do something that I will complain --- my belief is: If you gotta do it, don't complain. If you're gonna complain, then don't do it.

Erm, I don't know what I'm saying anymore!

Anyway!

There are some girls that are worth doting on, those darlings that take work seriously, understand your position and talk sense.

And there are people that are totally a waste of time, effort and agency's money. I didn't understand why Gwen had difficulty in claiming for expenses and rejecting unreasonable demands. Now I see it....and feel the pinch in my own wallet.

I'm freaking broke and freaking tired of following up on the F1 events.

I can scream and shout and bellow the way some people do but, whats the point. It looks ugly, and it simply does not help in getting messages across during heated arguments. Its not a conversation when you keep trying to stop the other party from speaking by raising your voice or by rude attempts to cut their speech, you might as well curse at a wall.

My mind's in a blank right now. Working 15 hours a week non stop for straight 16 days is abit too-much.

Knock me out, somebody!

Here goes the F1 essay:

Its crazy, I've repeated this million times for weeks, its really really really crazy.

-Bookings one day before event is considered a blessing already --- I've got clients calling in for models only 15 minutes before event commences.

- Models pulling out of event one day before event is considered a blessing already - I've got girls calling in 6 hours, 3 hours, 30 minutes before their calltime, and I've got one No-show.

- Getting replacements one day before event is considered a blessing already - I was borrowing models from another collaborating agency cos I was totally running dry on good event models. We subbed in a model, got her in proper hair and makeup and attire, down to the venue within 20 minutes. Even faster than Pizza Hut delivery.

- Model's handphones going flat on calltime, MIA and client running around to hunt for them.

- Last minute purchase of boots at Bugis street, frantically searching for 5 pairs of size 39. (Call this shop @ Bugis street : 63365801, very nice salesgirls very good service and very big boots)

- Calling every friend I know to borrow black boots for standby wardrobe. Please everybody, go get yourself a pair of black boots (so I can borrow for next year's event......muahahaha)

- Waking up 2 hours before calltime for morning call, and staying awake until 1am for coordination.

- Woke up by Client's call at 230am.

- Sending black boots down to those girls who smart-ly wore Dr Martens with their Race Queen outfit.

- Calling and texting models that are trying to play-out, knowing deep down inside that they won't reply and won't pick up my calls.

I've learnt a great deal during this period. Whatever that COULD happen HAS happened, I guess if I could manage this far PLUS to clear the shit that those irresponsible girls has left me with AND still survive (with alot of bruises and cuts though)..........wouldn't say future would be all smooth sailing but the waves don't seem so scary anymore.

Gtg now, will blog the pictures again.
